Welcome " Chicago" Parents
Congratulation on your student’s part in Amity’s Spring Production of CHICAGO … the excitement begins now!
A few important things…..
1.. Roster: parent/ cast contact information list in the works - (this email in some cases went to both mom & dad - if you only want to use just one email let me know)
2. Mandatory Parent meeting Tuesday January 25 @ 8:00 in Theater: for info on parent group, ad book sales, committee sign ups and T-shirt sales
3. Parent Pot Luck- Saturday Jan 29th @ 7:00 @ Stephanie and Vin Sullo’s. Let Steph know if you will attend and what you will bring (appetizers and desserts).
4. CHICAGO TSHIRTS/ Reusable Water bottles: will be sold on TUES Night @ meeting T shirts ($15.00) Full Zip Sweatshirts ($15.00) Water bottles ($3.00) Members of Cast, crew and orchestra are required to have one t shirt- please make check payable to Amity High School Drama. (bring $ or checkbook)
5. About the Parents of Amity Creative Theater (PACT)
We have been lucky to establish a very committed parent group- We welcome all the help we can get, no matter how big or small- we hope you will join a committee and participate in our efforts to support CHICAGO and the Amity Drama Program- Rob Kennedy and the Kids can not do this with out us!
We Need your help: Committee preview: Ad book, Corporate Sponsors, Concessions, Dad/Moms w/ tools, Hospitality, Lobby Decorations, Props, Publicity, Signs, T shirts, Thank- you-Sunshine, Tickets, Concessions, Hair Make up.
Looking forward to seeing you on TUESDAY (snow date tbd)
